Hi, I’m Sylvia Heisey. As a Chef and former owner operator of Beets Living Foods Café, I’ve found a new passion: chocolate. I balance the traditional with the cutting edge, creating unique and bold creations from the finest ingredients.  My offerings include truffle, bars, bark, and chocolates infused with super food ingredients.
